About North Rose Towne Houses Improvement Association

Our Mission

The North Rose Towne Houses Improvement Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant, safe, and well-maintained community where all residents can thrive. We are committed to enhancing property values, promoting neighborly relationships, and providing excellent community management services.

Our History

Founded in 2011, the North Rose Towne Houses Improvement Association has served our community for over 15 years. What began as a small residential community has grown into a thriving neighborhood of 75+ properties with 150+ residents. Throughout our history, we've maintained a strong commitment to community values, sustainable living, and resident satisfaction.

Community Governance

Board of Directors

The NRTHIA is governed by an elected Board of Directors consisting of volunteer community members. The board meets monthly to address community concerns and make decisions that affect our residents.

Community Meetings

We hold annual general meetings where residents can voice concerns, ask questions, and participate in decisions affecting the community. Special meetings are called as needed for urgent matters.

Committees

Our various committees focus on specific areas including landscaping, social events, architecture, and finance. Residents are encouraged to participate and contribute their talents.
